Just north of the Aranguez overpass at the end of Ali Drive sits this well maintained compound. As we all know, Aranguez is ideal for anyone that needs close access to all cardinal directions of Trinidad and the Aranguez area has many restaurants, shopping areas and there is even a large grocery store at the beginning of the street.

The compound features spacious, secure, camera monitored parking; with remote gate access. The unit itself is on the upper level.

Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by a very large open plan living and kitchen area. The bedrooms sits facing West with a private balcony, en-suite bathroom and a small walk in closet. at either end of the the apartment with the larger bedroom facing the East, which has its own walk in closet. The bedroom can house a king sized bed but we would recommend a queen.
